VRF & VRV Systems
VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and VRV systems are modern air conditioning solutions in which many indoor units connected to a single group of outdoor units can each be controlled independently. Every room runs at its own temperature, and the system produces only the capacity needed at that moment.
Why VRF & VRV?
- Separate temperature control for every room or zone
- High energy efficiency at partial loads
- Simultaneous heating and cooling with heat recovery models
- Compact outdoor units and flexible piping
- Central control and integration with building automation
Applications
They are ideal for buildings with spaces that have different operating hours and heat loads, such as offices and office towers, hotels, retail stores and shopping centres, restaurants, clinics and schools. Their ability to be expanded floor by floor or section by section also makes them well suited to phased investments.
Right Design, Long Service Life
At DEMO Site, we calculate the heat gain for every space, select indoor unit types to suit the architecture and design the piping according to the manufacturer's criteria. After installation, pressure and leak tests, evacuation and refrigerant charging are carried out in full. The system is commissioned and handed over with central controller training, and its efficiency is preserved for years through periodic maintenance.
