Privacy Notice
This privacy notice has been prepared by DEMO Site, as the data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), regarding the processing of personal data of people who contact us through our website.
1. Personal Data Processed
We process the name, e-mail address, phone number, subject and message you submit through the contact forms on our website, as well as your IP address, browser information and the date and time of the submission for security purposes.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving and responding to your requests, questions and suggestions,
- Evaluating your quotation and information requests,
- Contacting you,
- Ensuring the security of our website and forms and preventing misuse,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations.
3. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (ç), and being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners that provide hosting and e-mail services for our website and, upon request, to authorised public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
- request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that the third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
7. Applications
You can submit your requests regarding these rights in writing using the address or e-mail on our Contact page. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
